Metals Creek Retains Paradox Public Relations to Provide Investor Relations Services
Toronto, Ontario, May 3, 2015 - Metals Creek Resources Corp. (TSX-V:MEK) (“Metals Creek” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has retained Paradox Public Relations Inc. (“Paradox”) to provide investor awareness services. The contract is for an initial period of 24 months and may be cancelled by either party after three months. Under the terms of the contract, the Company will pay Paradox $5,500 per month, reimburse Paradox for certain pre-approved expenses, and is granting Paradox options to purchase 400,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share vesting in stages over a period of twelve months from the date of grant.
