Metals Creek Resources Corp. Announces TSX Venture Exchange Approval for Share Consolidation

Toronto, Ontario – Metals Creek Resources Corp. (“Metals Creek” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MEK) is pleased to announce that further to a press release dated July 20, 2015, the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) has approved the consolidation of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares on a 1 for 7 basis. The common shares are expected to commence trading on the Exchange on a consolidated basis on July 30, 2015.
